What happens after you buy
The developer has a track record of delivery. Rendeavour has been building cities for 16 years across five countries. Spectrum designed the towers, while China Road and Bridge Corporation is constructing them. The site is open to visitors, and many buyers choose to walk the development before making a decision.
We can manage the apartment for you. If you do not live in Kenya, we can help find and screen tenants, prepare the lease, collect rent, maintain accounts and arrange repairs. You are also free to appoint your own property manager or agent.
The apartment is individually yours. The title is registered in your name. Your apartment is leased independently, and the rental income it generates belongs to you. It is not pooled with income from other owners.
