What we collect

The details you submit in an enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, preferred unit type and purchase intent, together with the marketing attribution parameters attached to your visit (for example utm_source and gclid) and the page you enquired from.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and send pricing, floor plans and payment plans.
• Where you have separately opted in, to send you updates about other Rendeavour developments. You can withdraw this at any time.

Our lawful basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to a sales enquiry you initiated.

International transfers

Your details are transferred to Kenya, which is outside the UK and EEA. Those transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses. A copy is available on request.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for [CONFIRM retention period] and then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights
